Elliot Lake Development Corporation is proud to announce the opening of 15 Lots situated on Spine Road with water view of pristine Elliot Lake.  Conveniently located less than 1 Km from Elliot Lake's City Centre, hospital, library and beaches. This venue offers a wooded subdivision in the middle of the City. The City of Elliot Lake offers amenities such as airport, hospital, ski hill and an 18 whole golf course.

Lot Descriptions


The topography of each lot is unique.

The west side of lot 1 borders onto city owned parkland. There will be no neighbours on that side

 Lots 1, 2, 5 & 6  have a sandy beach at the waterfront. If you are active or the kids will be visiting, these lots offer access to a cove. Perfect to launch a kayak or canoe, swim or fish.  Just steps away from your lot.

A  natural rock formation divides lots 2 & 3, creating the ultimate individual privacy fence. If you are interested in our uncommon rock cuts and their individuality, these may be the lots for you.

Between lots 5 & 6 and 11 & 12, there is a natural seasonal water tributary. These tributaries are natural borders that run to the lake. They ebb and flow with the seasons.

Four of the lots (1-4) are inclined and ideal for a "walk out" 2 storey home. Make your new home tall and create the ultimate view.

Lots 13 & 14 are separate from the bulk of the lots.  They are isolated and flat. These lots are higher affording a fabulous panaromic view if your  house is a two storey. Put the master bedroom there!

Why Spine Road


Elliot lake was originally a mining town. The first homes were built in the 1950's. They were built in bulk on 50’ x 100’ standard lots. The second wave of homes were built in the 1970's.  They were also built on standard 50’ x 100’ lots. During the mining boom, available living space was a priority. Homes went up as fast as possible and were built to a few standard designs. Therefore most are alike in design and interior.

The Spine Road Subdivision properties are  at least twice the size of a standard City lot. They are centrally located on a road that is lightly wooded yet close to the City Centre. These luxury water view properties offer a buffer of woods to the lake. They can command a spectacular view of Elliot Lake and provide an opportunity for executive living within the City limits.

Spine Road Subdivision is complete; there are only 15 lots.  There will be no other development in that tract of land along Elliot Lake. There is no build time restriction.
